Biography
Milo Ma (born 1998, Yunnan, China) is an independent filmmaker, director and videographer currently based in Melbourne, Australia. He graduated from the Bachelor of Performance Design at the University of Melbourne and Master of Media at RMIT University.
Milo owns a production studio called MANGOLOGY and fascinated in producing short films and documentaries.
His works has been nominated and awarded by film festivals and competitions like LA Independent Shorts Awards, Short to the Point, Paris Play Film Festival, and Melbourne Lift-Off Film Festival.

In the contemporary tapestry of our society, dynamic social and cultural focal points continuously surface, undergoing swift transformations. Within this landscape, the emerging generation grapples with the challenge of self-discovery amidst a world that is progressively insular and compliant.
As an artist, I seek to navigate this evolving milieu, exploring the intricacies of personal identity within a cultural creation sphere that orbits around a centralized nucleus.
My work endeavors to unravel the threads of introspection and address the question of locating one's identity in a constantly shifting cultural panorama, wherein the center holds a powerful gravitational force.
